Starting a Blog

During a recent hangout session, I mentioned contributing to established blogs. Suppose you and your classmates are required to participate in an extracurricular activity or given an assignment to make a presentation. During the course of the assignment or activity you could take mental brakes and recollect all the highs, lows and everywhere in between  moments that brought you to accomplish the finished product.  Like a report within the report or activity.

Putting together this series of unpublished posts, scheduled posts, or leaving posts in draft to be published later could open a door for you to become a guest blogger for your local or national newspaper, topic specific blog sites with paid contributors like the ones mentioned in this post along with others like +Writer's Digest or +Grist.  These publishers want to stay on the cutting edge of their business. By you showing your interest in them you just may find a powerful voice that you never knew you had.

Use the Google Plus feature Circle share to your advantage for seeking out potential guest blogging opportunities.

What do we have in common? My questions about life in Another time zone

Recently I've taken to social networking with a different approach.  Why not build on the foundation that has been provided by means of  the internet and social media platforms like Facebook and Google to communicate something positive?  This attractive group of thinkers in Boston are.

I joined these sites in search of good conversation and to contribute something positive to a global community.  With that idea in mind, let me introduce you to +Ziad Visionary .

In the last week or so, my circles on G+ have doubled.  So many people from so many parts of the world right here sharing thoughts and feelings day to day.  More than just what we witnessed on the VMAs.  More than silly stunts and amateur youtube videos.  Something besides the political scandals.   Somewhat overwhelmed by the responses and random greetings, I met +Ziad Visionary Here's a short dialogue I shared with him after asking consent to blog about our conversation.

Who's seen the statefarm commercial where all kinds of crazy stuff is happening and the Cheers song is playing?

Have you ever seen the inside of a restaurant, bar, coffee shop or museum you never wanted to leave?

I'm mad at the sense of security some Internet communities create.  No matter how inviting some of these sites are, the more and more i notice the rants and raves about everything, driving any conversation topic into the ground.

I plan to join a renewed site that doesn't let conversation go off topic and leaves no room for rouge trolls to plant seeds of negativity.

Happy Thursday

This is how many saved contacts are in my address book on my phone and this is how many people i call just to say hi, this is how many missed calls are in my phone from the last three weeks 70+/3/0

these are just a few of the unfilled hours of my day i spend thinking about how out of place the rest of society makes me look and feel under-valued and uninspirable =24/7/365 because this is the average daily balance of my bank account = 0

(reading my twitter feed while updating facebook, checking to see who's signed to Skype, where the replies to my posts are, etc)

this is the tool that i use to make myself feel miserable about my body image

this is what I'm encouraged to believe in to feel better these are the decisions i never had to make
these are the decisions i did make that were wrong

this is what i wake up and fall asleep to on TV

this is your reason for not caring to know- repetition empowers some and dulls others
you seem to know and this is why we have nothing to discuss

Scrambled Eggs found Me

Objective:
To renew living spaces
  To reduce tension
to change focus from who does what
into what does or does not get done and why?
To create an idea layout  for the exising furniture in rooms
To anchor and seperate one living space from another
To complete and begin new wall painting projects

The only problem: I never expect these rules to stick or be followed religiously because i'm just not that sort of person.  Usually you find me trying to keep the fun in doing ordaniary stuff.  I don't like to feel like my cover gets blown cause my fun gets shut down too quickly after that.

Objective:  To award time spent on repetitive boring tasks like
folding clothes, washing dishes, walking the dogs, changing linen, cleaning and putting away dishes after a meal or snack
to avoid punishment for not keeping orderly
Objective:
To reduce the ammont of time it takes to transition from small tasks to larger ones
to reduce the number of misplaced items
to focus on the bigger picture of quality  relationships involving home and work life
To find rythem to follow, add to, creating a system, prospective employer, some one, something or somewhere to be productive, engaged and happy
